4th-Generation iPod Touch Teardown Reveals 256MB of RAM

The skilled team over at iFixit have already torn down the brand new 4th-generation iPod Touch, and they found that it only has 256MB of RAM (iPhone 4 has 512MB). One more caveat: “the battery is soldered to the logic board.” Continue reading for an unboxing video. Click here for more pictures. Unfortunately, the rear-facing camera is only 960×720 resolution.
