Woot.com was acquired by Amazon late yesterday, and the company even released a music video to commemorate the event. To be more specific: “Woot has signed an agreement with Amazon - yes, the Amazon - to become an independent subsidiary of the ecommerce colossus.” Continue reading for the clip. It’s official, Microsoft has discontinued their Kin phone lineup due to poor sales. Microsoft says that they are integrating the “KIN team with the Windows Phone 7 team, incorporating valuable ideas and technologies from KIN into future Windows Phone releases.” For those who have no idea what Kin is, continue reading for a hands-on video.
