So you’ve seen the world’s fastest motorcycle , now check out what could quite possibly be the coolest truck ever. The most notable modification is “a Czechoslovakian Motorlet M-701 turbojet [strapped] to the truck bed.” Video after the break. To install the jet in the truck, Lentz fabricated a sturdy mounting stand, a twenty-gallon kerosene tank, and a control console from aluminum and stainless steel. [via Jalopnik ]

Not your standard first person shooter game, Doom Resurrection for the iPhone has players following a pre-determined path; while shooting “uses an accelerometer controlled reticule that is used to target the enemies.” Video after the break. The game includes 4 levels of difficulty from Recruit to Nightmare. Your performance in each of the eight levels is graded on an A-F scale based on your headshots, time, and item pickups and secrets found. [via TouchArcade ]

Toyota researchers have developed a mind-controlled wheelchair. It’s basically “a system that will control the ride using brain waves analyzed every 125 milliseconds, which it boasts bests the competition by several seconds.” Video after the break. Testers using the wheels and EEG cap system have achieved accuracy up to 95 percent which will make cubicle obstacle courses a challenge of the past. [via Engadget ]
