Ben Heck unveils his latest creation: the Commodore 64 Laptop Revision 2. This upgraded model now features a “newer 1541-III Ultimate SD-card based storage solution / disk emulator” as well as USB and Ethernet ports. Video after the break. Click here for first picture in gallery. As before there are dual speakers, it’s mono output but it gives a ‘fuller’ sound. All the IC’s have been heat sinked just in case. [via Benheck ]

ZodTTD got his hands on a rooted Palm Pre and then successfully ported a PlayStation emulator, which reportedly runs “better than that of the iPhone 3GS — he’s hacked access to the keyboard, allowing for proper control of games.” Video after the break. There are still kinks that are being worked out (sound emulation, screen scaling, etc.), but it looks like we can expect big things in the near future. [via Engadget - Zodttd ]
