Japanese game shows are known for crazy things, like Human Tetris , and their latest antic is no slouch. They recreate the classic Super Mario Land (Game Boy) game in real-life. Playing classic arcade games on Xbox Live Arcade just got a bit easier, with this nifty NES Advantage mod. However, we don’t recommend using it for fighting games, as the layout isn’t convenient to say the least. Video after the break. What’s more, it looks like an SNES Advantage mod is already on tap as a followup project, which should offer a bit more practicality while still maintaining some retro flavor. [via Engadget ]

The market keeps growing with what they have now, so it won’t make sense for them to go through a radical design change just yet. [via Gizmodo ]

For those who found the original Half Life 2 box art a bit bland, graphics designer Pavel “Mad Spike” Protsenko has come up with a few custom designs to whet your appetite. Can’t focus on work in the house? Look no further than the OfficePod. Simply put, “the idea is to separate your office from the house with a easily constructed pod that provides both style and functionality.” Click here for first picture in gallery.
